Mathis Berger, who is Nater Dallafior’s expert on IP law and IP disputes, will co-chair (together with Prof. Dr. Andreas Heinemann) this year’s conference on intellectual property and competition law organised by the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich. Besides co-charing the conference, Mathis will give deliver a presentation in which he will discuss whether the adoption of a pre-existing protected work constitutes an infringement. The conference will take place on 29 August 2024 at the University of Zurich.
