We represent clients in all types of banking and financial market disputes, including regulatory enforcement proceedings before FINMA. We are also called as experts on Swiss law in financial market disputes before foreign courts. Our experience further includes assisting Swiss clients in relation to foreign financial market proceedings, including the instruction of foreign local counsel and the coordination of legal work in different jurisdictions. In addition, we represent clients in employment disputes between financial services companies and their directors, officers and employees.

Our main focus is the representation of customers against the major Swiss banks. Further, we act for private banks and other financial institutions as well as their directors, officers and employees. We know the strengths and weaknesses of all players and elaborate the most effective strategy for each case.

We regularly act for individuals in regulatory proceedings and have successfully defended such individuals before FINMA, the Swiss Federal Administrative Court and the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
